KODA SAIL Travel Vaccine Policy:

While travelling with Koda Sail, your wellbeing is our highest priority. To ensure a seamless travel experience for you and all of our passengers & staff, all travellers booked with Koda Sail are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to travel with us.

This policy is effective for all travel through November 1, 2022.

As well as keeping our travellers safe, we have a duty of care to protect the communities we visit. It’s important that we make sure those communities also feel safe, and that we all minimise as much as possible, anyone’s chances of travelling with, picking up or passing on COVID-19. As an industry that has been hit hard with the Covid-19 pandemic halting all operations for 2020/21, this is something all operators must and will enforce as part of operating responsibly, especially in countries with more vulnerable populations or low access to vaccines.

In addition to this, many venues around the world are now requiring proof of vaccination or proof of a negative coronavirus test within 48 hours for indoor activities such as dining in restaurants or visiting museums. We want everyone who travels with Koda Sail to have the best experience possible, so when faced with having to exclude travellers from activities and subject them to frequent out-of-pocket on-trip testing, we feel that requiring all travellers to be vaccinated to be the most responsible choice.

Your final vaccine dose must have been administered a minimum of 15 days prior to your tour departure date. We will continue to monitor the local requirements and update the policy accordingly.

What does this mean for you:

- You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to travel on a Koda Sail tour.

- Fully vaccinated travellers must have proof of vaccination showing they received their last required dose at least 15 days prior to your tour departure date.

- Proof of vaccine must show the traveler’s full name and must match the name on the passport or any other recognised travel document. Proof of vaccine can be in either printed or digital format.
