THE ITINERARY
Day 1: Saturday
ZANTE to AGIOS NIKOLAOS
Step aboard your Sail in Greece boat in Zakynthos (Zante) and meet your Captain, crew, and fellow travelers as your Ionian Sea sailing adventure begins.

Check-in takes place from 1–2 PM, followed by a welcome briefing before we set sail for Agios Nikolaos around 3 PM. Along the way, enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea.
​
Once docked, it’s time to raise a glass with your new crew and settle in for a traditional Greek-style welcome dinner on board—an unforgettable first night at sea.

Day 2: Sunday
AGIOS NIKOLAOS to KEFALONIA
After breakfast, we set sail for Kefalonia, breaking up the journey with a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear blue waters of the Ionian Sea.
By afternoon, we arrive in Agia Effimia, a picturesque fishing village known for its small harbor, family-run tavernas, laid-back bars, and even a traditional wood-fired bakery.
As the day winds down, take a relaxed stroll along the waterfront promenade and toast the sunset with a cold Greek beer or a glass of ouzo, Ionian style.

Day 3: Monday
KEFALONIA to LEFKADA
After breakfast, we sail north to Lefkada, dropping anchor in its lively port town of Nydri (Nidri).

Spend the afternoon exploring local markets filled with traditional Greek products, or simply soak up Lefkada’s unique scenery, where crystal-clear Ionian waters meet lush green hills and forests.

Day 4: Tuesday
LEFKADA to PREVEZA
After breakfast, enjoy a final swim and one last wander through Nydri before we cast off around lunchtime and sail to Preveza.
Once ashore, dive into the atmosphere of the lively Saitan Bazaar. This postcard-perfect cobbled lane is lined with charming boutiques, traditional barber shops, inviting cafés, and the town’s must-visit ouzo distillery, a true taste of local life.

Day 5: Wednesday
PREVEZA to PARGA
The sail from Preveza to Parga is lined with endless beaches, and our Captain will choose the perfect spot to drop anchor for a refreshing swim, followed by a dreamy lunch stop along the way.

By evening, we arrive in Parga, often regarded as one of the most beautiful villages in the Ionian Sea. With golden beaches, cocktail bars, and a magical seaside atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to settle in and enjoy the night.

Day 6: Thursday
PARGA to PAXOS
Back to island-hopping! Today we leave the mainland behind and sail to the twin Ionian gems of Paxos and Antipaxos, with time to swim in their famously clear, turquoise waters.

After lunch, we dock in the harbour village of Gaios, the perfect base for exploring Paxos. Our top tip? Rent a bike and follow the scenic coastal route to Mongonissi Beach, where a cold beer or cocktail and sweeping sea views are your well-earned reward.
As evening sets in, enjoy Gaios’ relaxed island vibe, with waterfront bars and tavernas making it an ideal place to spend the night.

Day 7: Friday
PAXOS to CORFU
From a small island to a big one, today is all about variety. As we sail from Paxos to Corfu, our Captain will choose the best swim spots for one last dip in the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea.

By evening, we arrive in Corfu Town, lively by Greek island standards and the perfect setting for our grand finale. With endless restaurants, waterfront bars, and late-night clubs, there’s no shortage of ways to celebrate your final night on board.

After breakfast, check out and say farewell to your crew and fellow travelers. Extend your stay to explore Corfu, or continue onward with a ferry to Igoumenitsa on the Greek mainland or Sarandë in Albania.
