• Local Port Taxes & Supplements: €105 per person, payable on arrival at check-in to your Koda Sail representative. Applies to all bookings.

​Fares & Availability

• All fares are per person, based on Double or Twin Share cabins with private en-suite and air-conditioning included at no extra charge.

• Prices shown are for pricing purposes only. Please submit an enquiry for current availability.

• Final invoices are issued in EURO. Any prices shown in other currencies are approximate and subject to exchange rates and bank fees.

• Discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

Deposits & Payment Timeframes

• Secure your discounted fare with a €250 deposit. Sale fares require final payment by April 30th, 2026.

• Bookings made within 30 days of tour start require full payment within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Payment plans are available on all departures. A once-off €15 setup fee applies and is added to the final invoice.

• Payment plans must be activated by the due date to lock in sale fares.

Payment Methods & Fees

• Payments are processed securely via PinPayments. Visa & MasterCard accepted. No AMEX.

• A 3.95% credit card transaction fee applies to all card payments and will be added to the final invoice in accordance with our Booking Conditions.

• Option to pay via WISE is available with zero (€0) transaction fees.

Accommodation Notes

• Solo travellers will be accommodated in a Twin Share cabin, subject to availability, with another solo traveller of the same sex.

• Single cabins are available on request at an additional cost.

• In Twin Share cabins, beds can be pushed together to form a Double on the main deck only. Lower deck beds are fixed and cannot be moved.

Travel Requirements

• Proof of travel insurance is required prior to the start of the tour and may be requested before boarding.
